The Impact of Our Senior Services

Ensuring No Senior Is Left Behind

Outreach means more than just providing information. It means actively seeking out older adults in the community who may not be aware of the senior services they’re eligible for or who may be hesitant to ask for help. Our outreach workers and volunteers make individual contact with seniors—by phone, in person, or through community visits
